Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "MangaTrack" ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding the use of the App.

Article 2. Service Description

The App provides the following services:

1. Manga series and volume collection management
2. Release date tracking and calendar notifications
3. ISBN barcode scanning for volume registration
4. Spending tracking and cost analysis
5. Family sharing of collection data
6. Reading progress and statistics

Article 3. Account Management

You are responsible for properly managing your account information. You may not transfer or lend your account information to any third party under any circumstances.

Article 4. Paid Services

Some features of the App are provided as paid services.

1. The fees for paid services shall be the amounts displayed in the App.
2. Payment shall be made through the payment system of the Apple App Store.
3. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4. A free trial period of 7 days is available for new subscribers.
5. Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies.

Article 5. Prohibited Activities

You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:

1. Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Activities related to criminal acts
3. Activities that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights of us or third parties
4. Activities that destroy or interfere with our servers or network functions
5. Activities that may interfere with the operation of the App
6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
7. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
8. Sharing family access codes with non-family members for commercial purposes
9. Other activities we deem inappropriate

Article 6. Suspension of Service

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:

1. When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the computer system
2. When it becomes difficult to provide the App due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, or natural disasters
3. When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
4. When we otherwise determine it is difficult to provide the App

Article 7. Disclaimer

We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the App is free from defects in fact or law.

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the App, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence.

Book information, release dates, and pricing data displayed in the App are provided for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of such information.

Article 8. Changes to Service Content

We may change, add, or discontinue the content of the App with prior notice to users, and users agree to this.

Article 9. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms without notice when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted in the App.

Article 10. Handling of Personal Information

Personal information obtained through the use of the App shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."

Article 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the courts having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
